Juanita Hite Jordan
Manager, Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent, Title Underwriter, Notary Public
Juanita has 40 years of experience in the Richmond, Virginia area. A 1984 graduate of King William High School, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Reynolds Community College in 1988 (magna cum laude), became a licensed title underwriter in 1996, and earned her Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent designation in 2023.
She and her husband Victor, celebrate 33 years of marriage this year. They have two daughters together, Emily (and son-in-law Matt) and Holley, along with their golden retriever named Bud.
Tina Martin Liggon
Sr. Settlement Processor; Notary Public
With over 40 years of experience in the Richmond area, Tina brings extensive expertise to her role. A 1980 graduate of J.R. Tucker High School, her career highlights include managing the Post Closing Department at Investors Savings and Loan, working as a Real Estate Paralegal for attorney Marshall Tuck, serving as a Settlement Processor at Lawyers Title Settlement Services, and acting as a Seller Specialist for attorney Mark Dankos (retired).
Tina and her husband David are celebrating 18 years together. She has a daughter, Mariah, son-in-law Will, and a beloved beagle named Stella.
Holley Mae Jordan
Part-Time Post Closing Assistant, Mobile Notary, Student
Holley has been immersed in the real estate industry her entire life, learning post-closing processes like completing title applications, scanning files, and more alongside her mom. After graduating from Mechanicsville High School in 2021, she became the receptionist, where she managed high-volume disbursement and post-closing files.
Holley has also pursued her education at Reynolds Community College, where she continues her studies today, combining her academic growth with practical experience in the real estate field.
